A Magnificent Marriage of Piano and Winds- Sunday, January 22, 2012, 4:00 pm
This concert features two of the repertoire’s greatest masterpieces for piano and woodwinds: Poulenc’s Sextet for Wind Quintet and Piano and Mozart’s Quintet for Piano and Winds.

A Tour of the Hapsburg Empire- Sunday, March 11, 2012, 4:00 pm
Haydn had ties to Vienna, Weber worked in Prague, and Brahms’ Clarinet Quintet is marked by Hungarian influences. This program is a rich sampling of the artistic fruits of the 19th century Hapsburg Empire.
