THE MUSIC

Diversify artistic voices to present a breadth and depth of orchestral music

  • Develop Artistic Fellowship program to support diverse artistic voices by Jan 2026

  • Present 8 symphony productions including 4-5 Masterworks, 1-2 Pops concert and Holiday concert by Jan 2027

  • Present three summer and three chamber concerts by Jan 2027

  • Develop Commissioning Fund to support and amplify living composers’ work by Jan 2027

Provide opportunities for the community to engage with music outside the concert hall

  • Continue to produce free, community concerts in partnership with the City of Auburn and other entities ongoing

THE PEOPLE

Diversify board membership to better reflect and represent Auburn community

  • Identify areas of expertise that are needed on the board by Jan 2023

  • Add Musician Representatives as ex-officio board members by Jan 2024
